This secure mobile application platform is designed specifically for Society 5.0 and developed by XecureIT, a leading registered cyber defense firm in Indonesia. Notably, Palapa is available as free open source software.

 <li>Ability to send documents, audio, video, and images up to 100 MB</li>
 <li>Data at rest is protected with an encrypted database stored on the device and in backup files</li>
 <li>Implementation of secure end-to-end encryption for all videos, voice calls, voice messages, and both private and group chats, ensuring that unauthorized parties, including Palapa's infrastructure system administrators, cannot access the content</li>
 <li>Encrypted personal notes feature</li>
 <li>Automatic notification in conversations if a user takes a screenshot</li>
 <li>Secure group management with three membership levels: owner/creator, admins, and members</li>
 <li>An end-to-end key exchange process that guarantees server access to the secret key is not possible</li>
 <li>Utilization of strong encryption algorithms such as ECC Curve25519, AES-256, and HMAC-SHA-256</li>
